Experience

With over three decades of financial experience, Stacy has a proven track record of generating revenue and profitability through mergers and acquisitions, building and leading domestic and global teams aligned in best practices, and driving rapid expansion across international and regional markets for both private equity groups and publicly traded companies.

Prior to joining Juniper, Stacy served as the chief financial officer of Dallas-based Nimbix, Inc. Within this role, she was responsible for all accounting, treasury, financial reporting and human resource matters and successfully closed the company’s Series B funding round. Her diverse background includes M&A transaction advisory and financial leadership for privately held small- to mid-market and publicly traded businesses across the Software as a Service (SaaS) technology, B2B services, logistics and distribution industries.

Education

Stacy earned her MBA from the University of Exeter and previously completed her bachelor’s degree in business administration, magna cum laude, at Baylor University. She is also a certified public accountant.
