Mr. Rehab Sewer System Rehabilitation acquired by Texas company

A Silver Spring Township company has been acquired. Mr. Rehab Sewer System Rehabilitation was acquired by the Infrastructure Services Group. Mr. Rehab was founded in 2000 by Jim Clark, who will serve as president of Mr. Rehab, which will continue operating as standalone subsidiary at 3 Long Lane. The acquisition took place several weeks ago. Mr. Rehab provides sewer cleaning, inspection and rehabilitation services.

Infrastructure Services Group is an investment platform created by Dallas-based Juniper Capital Management. Juniper created the new investment platform in partnership with Orix Mezzanine & Private Equity, LionsWing Capital Partners LLC and company management, to conduct strategic acquisitions in the water infrastructure sector.

The company also recently acquired Green Mountain Pipeline Services which is based in Vermont.
