Lou Grabowsky Managing Partner & Co-Founder

Lou has led and advised management teams and boards of directors in achieving their business strategies, improving performance, and advancing key governance practices for over 40 years. Those experiences have provided the foundation for effective support of Juniper’s portfolio company management teams since Juniper’s founding in 2014. Lou’s prior experiences have included strategically guiding Grant Thornton LLP as its Chief Operating Officer, leading corporate capital restructurings, and participating in IPOs, debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other major capital-raising activities. Lou possesses a deep knowledge of the capital markets and regulatory environments, both in the U.S. and abroad.

Lou graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Lou is passionate about his work with several non-profits in the Dallas area. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling to Sun Valley, working on his health and fitness, and golfing.
