Pete Stegmaier Operating Executive

Pete Stegmaier is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Precision Aerospace. PAH is a manufacturer of critical components to the aerospace, space, and defense markets.

Pete began his corporate career at Eaton’s Aerospace Group. As part of the executive development program, Pete held various leadership roles across a variety of functions including operations, customer service, continuous improvement, sales, marketing, new product development and plant/general management in both local and international locations.

Pete’s professional career began as an U.S. Army helicopter pilot and maintenance leader. As an Aviation Officer, Pete served in multiple leadership roles across the globe. Pete’s final role in the U.S. Army was as a company commander in Baghdad, Iraq.

Pete has an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. His professional awards and honors include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, Project Management Professional, Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal, and Senior Aviator Wings.
