Precision Aerospace Holdings, a component manufacturing platform backed by CIC Partners and Juniper Capital Management, plans to make up to three acquisitions in the next 18 months, said CIC Managing Director Bayard Friedman.
The Dallas-based company is particularly interested in deals that help bolster its complex machining capabilities, said CEO Pete Stegmaier in a joint interview. Complex machining processes often involve the use of computer software and multi-axis tools that can move in at least four directions.
