(September 24, 2019)
Juniper Capital Management (“Juniper”), a Dallas-based private equity firm executing control investments in growth-oriented companies within the manufacturing, industrial and infrastructure sectors, has added Stacy Repult as a principal.
With over three decades of financial experience, Repult will contribute to the firm’s strategic leadership, including assisting with deal sourcing, managing Juniper’s portfolio of companies and participating in deal negotiations. She has a proven track record of generating revenue and profitability through mergers and acquisitions, building and leading domestic and global teams aligned in best practices, and driving rapid expansion across international and regional markets for both private equity groups and publicly traded companies.
“We are thrilled to welcome Stacy to our team and are confident that her vast private equity experience from both sides of the table will be a tremendous asset for our clients,” said Lou Grabowsky, Juniper’s co-founding partner. “As we continue to build our investment platform, Stacy’s ability to connect and enable strategic partnerships will help our portfolio companies enhance their service and product offerings, reach new customers and better serve existing customers. Her financial and business development expertise will similarly support Juniper’s growth, further establishing our firm’s strong reputation in the manufacturing, industrial and infrastructure space.”
Prior to joining Juniper, Repult served as the chief financial officer of Dallas-based Nimbix, Inc. Within this role, she was responsible for all accounting, treasury, financial reporting and human resource matters and successfully closed the company’s Series B funding round. Her diverse background includes M&A transaction advisory and financial leadership for privately held small- to mid-market and publicly traded businesses across the Software as a Service (SaaS) technology, B2B services, logistics and distribution industries.
Repult earned her MBA from the University of Exeter and previously completed her bachelor’s degree in business administration, magna cum laude, at Baylor University. She is also a certified public accountant.
