Juniper Capital Management Welcomes Justin Potter as Principal

Juniper Capital Management, a Dallas-based private equity firm, is excited to welcome Justin Potter to the firm as principal. Potter will be responsible for the origination, execution and monitoring of portfolio investments, as well as contributing to the ongoing development of firm strategy.

Prior to joining Juniper, Potter was a vice president at White Deer Private Equity in Houston, where he helped lead the buildout of the firm’s industrial services and business services investment sectors. Before that, he was a senior associate at Rotunda Capital in Washington, D.C., where he invested in middle-market companies across business services, distribution/logistics, industrials and financial services sectors. Potter started his career in strategy consulting at Ernst & Young, with engagement experience in growth advisory, cost optimization, data and technology architecture, and target operating model design.

Potter received an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where he was a Stamps Scholar Leadership Fellow, and a bachelor’s degree in applied economics and management from Cornell University, graduating with summa cum laude honors. He is a CFA® charterholder.
