Dallas-based Precision Aerospace Holdings LLC (Precision), a leading manufacturer of precision machined aerospace and defense components, has acquired Owens Machine and Tool Company (Owens). Precision was formed through the partnership of two Dallas-based private investment firms, CIC Partners (CIC) and Juniper Capital Management (Juniper).

Dallas-based Precision Aerospace Holdings LLC has completed its second acquisition in less than 10 months.

Precision, a manufacturer of aerospace and defense components, announced on May 3 it has acquired Lewisville-based Owens Machine and Tool Co. Owens, founded in 1986, produces specialized machined tools and parts. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With the addition of Owens, Precision now has 110 employees, according to a company spokesman.

Juniper Capital Management, a Dallas-based private equity firm, is excited to welcome Justin Potter to the firm as principal. Potter will be responsible for the origination, execution and monitoring of portfolio investments, as well as contributing to the ongoing development of firm strategy.
